Do not stay at this nasty place. They put me in a room that was absolutely filthy not to mention I paid for an entirely different room but they refused to give me correct room since they said they were sold out. Fridge was disgusting, carpet had disgusting white stains and food stains , old food left in fridge from previous person, bedding wasn't changed, I was given no apologies by rhe staff and they refused to refund me after booking a 3 night stay! Do not stay here! Adults were fighting in their rooms , kids crying and screaming, weed and cigarettes smoke lingered throughout building and into my room. No towels were given for bathroom, no kitchen supplies whatever, I had to leave and purchase cleaning supplies to clean the room since they refused to clean it or allow me to use their cleaning supplies. Dust everywhere. Just a whole disgusting experience and the staff could careless
I've stayed at many hotels across the States!!! With 2.5M reviews. This was the worst place to.stay....horrible rooms...very nasty...the sofa bed had dog hair when pulled out..underneath the bed was junk... my kids couldn't sleep on the sofa beds. Terrible breakfast...just not nice. If a zero could be given....this Extended Stay Maumee would receive one!!!! I DO NOT Not recommend 😐!!! Corporate Office. Please respond!!!

Checked in yesterday Room is disgusting Dishwasher is NASTY Countertop is NASTY AC unit is NASTY Bathroom sink is NASTY Kitchen floor is NASTY We had to go get supplies and clean ourselves. I’m not sure if your cleaners have a specific floor to clean, but whoever cleans the second floor needs to do better. Wish I could post these pics we took. Beyond disgusting
Kitchen filthy!!!! Refrigerator filthy!!! I had to go buy cleaning product pulled all shelves out and scrub it clean only for it to not cool off (explains all the mold ) cabinets dirty stove dirty bathtub dirty !! I’m really disappointed traveled for a nursing contract thinking Great area I would have a nice comfortable stay instead I spent my time cringing at all the filth in tht room NOTHING to accommodate me having to be the maid at all ooh and my food wasted and I didn’t get what was under the drawers but it was horrible
Stove and refrigerator was filthy! Bathroom had pubic hair and urine stains on the toilet! Neither bedside lamp worked, no one answered the service desk when called multiple times. Refrigerator leaked from the inside and ruined our leftover food. No cups, utensils, or anything in the supposedly "fully furnished kitchen." The hallway and elevator had a horrible odor! I will NEVER stay at this location again!
