Provider was thoughtful, listened, explained things in a way my almost 14 year old daughter could understand, and made sure she knew what was happening each step of the way. I especially appreciated that he mentioned other aspects of health like screen time, sunscreen, and staying active in a way that was friendly and not at all judgmental but instead focused on supporting her brain and body. He also helped in suggesting that she didn’t have to get a vaccine that day but recommended picking a day in the next couple weeks to take care of it, which she happily obliged. Everyone in the office was friendly and helpful every step of the way. Not to mention I appreciate the rarity of free patient parking!
Saw Dr. Harker today who was super helpful, kind, patient and very knowledgeable. Everything you want in a primary care doctor. Was very impressed with his care overall and also with Olivia who was there during the entire visit and a wiz with labs/vaccines!

Dr. Zahn is hands-down the best primary care physician I've ever had. She is kind and compassionate, listens carefully to my needs, and responds with expertise. She stays up-to-date on current medical guidance and does further research when needed. She is especially skilled at caring for musculoskeletal issues and chronic joint pain. The staff is always friendly. And on the occasions when I've needed to see another provider at this office, they have been very good as well.
Got a same day appointment here, even though it's not my doctor I still went. I was seen by Dr "Nate" and I must say I think there is no way he could have cared any less about what was going on with me. I am at a severe stage of constipation due to going to the methadone clinic every day. My other doctor is taking x-rays, try prescribing medicine and fought with my insurance company to get me the best care. Still a pretty bad issue with me. The only thing he did was prescribe me the way super cheap less expensive of the two medications my other doctor was prescribing me and then tell me that basically I have ran out every other option because my insurance isn't good enough and it's not going to cover anything else. When I asked him if that's all he could do he basically said because I'm poor there's nothing else he can do for me. I would recommend IU health but not IU health artistry and definitely not Dr Nate
Dr Harker is one of the best doctors I have ever had. He listens and pays attention. I'm so impressed on how much he remembers about my husband and I and he asks how things are going. I never have to wait too long to be seen. His nurse, MAs and the receptionist were all nice and easy to talk to. I recommend him to anyone who says they are looking for a new doctor.
