I got better advice and better treatment from Mr. Zushin in a free consultation than I received from an attorney within my paid legal plan. He took the time to really hear what I had to say, patiently evaluated to the facts of my case, gave me a realistic assessment of my options for free, and didn't rush me off the phone the way my legal plan attorney repeatedly did. I am very pleased with the results Attorney Zushin and his team were able to accomplish for my case. I could not be more happier! Attorney Zushin has years of experience and is very knowledgeable with the law and court process. Everytime that something came up Attorney Zushin was always there to answer my questions and knew exactly what steps were the best to take. His team was always very friendly and knowledgeable as well. They all work great together to make sure everything was communicated correctly to each other. And that is very crucial for a Law office to be successful! They did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend them.
A family member was in a jam and we needed help in Ohio. Originally, the plan was to have that person figure it out on their own. Instead, as an attorney, an issue was found and the court assigned attorney wasn’t willing to raise the issue found. Upon a recommendation from a mutual friend, Ben came in clutch. He got moving right away and helped us out majorly. His demeanor and respect amongst the legal community had a serious felony case dismissed in excellent legal work — both the soft skills of reading the prosecutor and the judge and the hard skills of legal acumen got us the results that should have come. His fees were beyond reasonable. As a fellow attorney licensed in PA, I have seen and heard of fees far higher for comparable charges that achieve far worse results. Anyone who is able to hire Ben is hiring a great attorney who will fight the fights with class and dignity.
