Probably the best food I’ve had since arriving in Nashville! Situated on the rooftop of the Assembly Food Hall, it has an open, airy ambiance. I ordered the Creste di Gallo and although I didn’t realize that it was a pasta dish, I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely loved the chicken and pesto with mushrooms and spinach. The dish had a little spice to it, but was not excessive. The friends I ate with got the Cabernet burger and Maple Banana French Toast which they also enjoyed. Those with the burgers were particularly impressed. I would highly recommend a visit! Menu is extensive and unique.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Sixty Vines in Nashville is an absolute MUST if you’re anywhere near the Music City Center. The location is perfect, but the food… oh my Lord. Truly unforgettable. I enjoyed an incredible Spanish vino that paired beautifully with the fig prosciutto pizza, and let me just say, that pizza was out of this world. The balance of sweet figs, savory prosciutto, creamy cheese, and fresh arugula was perfection. Every bite was better than the last. And the homemade cheesecake? Completely flawless. Rich, creamy, and the perfect ending to an amazing early wine dinner. The staff made the entire experience even more special. Our waitress, Maria, was beyond knowledgeable and went above and beyond. Not just with wine and food recommendations, but even giving us suggestions for the rest of our Nashville trip. That kind of service makes all the difference. If I could give this place 10 stars, I absolutely would. We will be back! 🍷✨

One of my most favorite places to eat 😍 Very knowledgeable staff who help make the dinner an experience. The charcuterie board was a fun change up and addition for us. Loved everything about. Ended up splitting the braised pork pappardelle, which was perfect for portion size. Enjoyed a birthday treat by way of tasty cheesecake 🤤 Highly recommend a visit!
Sixty Vines was such a great find in Nashville located upstairs in the food hall, and super easy to get to taking the stairs or elevator! I loved the nature-inspired decor, filled with greenery and natural light that gives it a fresh, airy vibe. They gave us the option to sit inside or outside on the rooftop. We chose inside to beat the heat, which was perfect for our group. My sister had raved about the Sixty Vines near her in Boca Raton, and we were both excited to see this location held similar high standards for food and service. The service was lightning fast, and every dish we ordered came out perfectly. The food was delicious. We ordered lots of flavorful small plates that were fun to share like the hummus and truffle potatoes, and the cocktails were spot on! We really liked the pizza and pink drinks too! I also really appreciated being able to make a reservation ahead of time, which guaranteed us a table and kept us right on track with our jam-packed itinerary. Overall, it is an ideal dining choice for lunch or dinner in Nashville for great vibes, yummy food, and a relaxed yet elevated atmosphere.
Ambiance (4/5): Up the elevator or stairs to a high ceiling, beautiful room. Felt trendy and high class! Expect dark lighting and loud volume. You can see into the kitchen on one side and then the Nashville buildings/rooftops of Broadway. Service (5/5): Our server was super friendly and checked in on us often! Overall, the food is excellent. The dishes have a lot of flavor! Fried Chicken + Caviar – this was meh for me. Skip this. Bacon-Wrapped Dates – This was nice to try but would probably skip it Brussels – Best brussell sprouts that I had during the trip. Super crunchy/not burned and flavorful. Crispy Zucchini – I like the light breading and the crunch that the pieces had! Wood Grilled Bavette Steak – Cooked beautifully and tasted great Creste Di Gallo – The flavor of the dish was delicious but way too salty. However, the other guests at the table did not think so. Perhaps it just means that it was not properly mixed.
