I would not recommend this family law group based on my experience. I originally signed a contract with a specific attorney because I wanted that attorney to represent me. Later, I found out she was leaving the firm, and I was assigned a different attorney without being notified beforehand. I’ve also had ongoing issues whenever I try to make a payment. On more than one occasion, I’ve been told that I don’t need to make a payment yet, only to run into confusion later. In addition, the phone system has been frustrating. Even when selecting the English option, I have been connected to Spanish-speaking representatives, making communication more difficult. Another issue is that the automated payment system mentions a discount for making payments on time, but when I asked about it, I was told the discount applied to something else. I found this to be misleading and confusing. Overall, my experience has been disappointing due to poor communication, billing confusion, and a lack of transparency. I hope the firm improves these issues for future clients.
