Fire and Ice from start to finish I’m very pleased with the purchase and installation of my new HVAC system. The sales tech Mike Moore was great! He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable, patient, transparent and honest. Worked with me for over 3 hours. The install techs Jai Fields and Justin Pryor were even greater! They were prompt, professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, highly skilled, personable and took the time to answer my question. Worked non stop without taking a break almost 7 hours. It was the first time they worked together but, it seemed like they worked together for years. What a great job! I highly recommend Fire and Ice. -Jon-
Our technician/salesman Michael Moore was very helpful after checking our furnace and A/C. The units are very old, and we have been told in the past that they need to be replaced. He was very thorough in explaining why. We ended up deciding to replace them, and he sent us several quotes. We had several questions to which Michael responded promptly. When it came time to schedule the install, he was very helpful in working out options to pay, and worked around our busy schedules for the day of installation. Very happy with our experience with Michael and Fire & Ice.

We had Adam out to our home a few months ago to repair a major electrical problem in our garage. He did a great job diagnosing the issue and implementing the repair. I specifically asked for Adam to return and do another large electrical job for me recently and as before did and outstanding job. Easy to talk with and review the requirements and did the work in a timely manner. Would highly recommend him for any electrical work.
Mike was awesome. Very professional explaining what he was looking for, how things work, go bad, and what the solutions are and allowing me to decide. He was called out to give me a second opinion and I’m glad I did. Fixed the ac issue when the other company said I need a whole new one. Will recommend them going forward. Young was also excellent! Made the repair. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Great service!
My family has been a customer of Fire & Ice for seven years, and until recently, we have been very happy with the service we've received. Unfortunately, our most recent experience has completely changed my perception of the company. After completing a remodel of our home, we called in late March/early April to schedule a routine HVAC tune-up. The earliest appointment available was June 9, which seemed like a long wait, but given our positive history with the company, we were willing to be patient. June 9 came and went, and no one showed up. We never received a phone call, email, or any communication explaining the missed appointment. When I contacted Fire & Ice to find out what happened, I was told the best they could do was reschedule us for mid-July—more than a month later. What was most disappointing wasn't just the missed appointment; it was the complete lack of effort to address the situation or retain a loyal customer. When I explained my frustration and reminded them that we had been customers for seven years, there was no attempt to make things right, no sense of urgency, and no indication that our business mattered. It's unfortunate because this used to be a company I recommended without hesitation. I don't know what has changed, but the level of customer service we experienced this time was nowhere near the standard that kept us coming back for years. Sadly, we are now in the market for a new company to work with which is sad because we really did like working with them in the past.
