Ben Paris was a great brunch spot during my time in Seattle. The restaurant has a comfortable, stylish atmosphere that feels a little more elevated than a typical brunch place without being overly formal. We ordered the baked eggs, the Ben Paris Breakfast, and an order of parmesan truffle fries to share. The baked eggs were rich and comforting, with plenty of flavor in every bite. The Ben Paris Breakfast was exactly what you'd want from a classic brunch plate—well-executed, satisfying, and made with quality ingredients. The parmesan truffle fries ended up being a highlight of the meal. They were crispy, generously seasoned, and easy to keep reaching for throughout brunch. The service was attentive, and the food came out promptly despite the restaurant being fairly busy. Overall, the meal felt polished without trying too hard, and everything we ordered was enjoyable. If you're looking for a reliable brunch option in downtown Seattle, Ben Paris is definitely worth considering. It's the kind of place that does the basics well while adding just enough creativity to make the experience memorable.
We stopped in for a few small bites and a couple of drinks, and everything was enjoyable. The space is beautifully designed and has a warm, stylish atmosphere that immediately stood out to me. It’s the kind of place you want to linger in. Definitely a great find, and I’ll be coming back next time I’m in the area.

Had such a great brunch experience in Seattle! There was a wait but not too long - the food and DRINKS were worth it. The vibe was relaxed but lively, the kind of place you settle into and don’t want to leave. Service was friendly and on point, and the food? Absolutely hit the spot—fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Bonus points for the coffee and the brunch drinks, which kept the good mood going. Perfect way to spend a slow morning—already looking forward to the next visit!
Taste-wise the food was generally okay. We got the fried chicken (which had a bold and interesting flavor) and we both liked it. We also tried the Wagyu burger which was pretty good too. The potato salad was mid at best honestly, and we ordered asparagus but... I have no idea why we got something that looks more like broccoli. I checked and broccoli wasn't even on the menu. Can't say anything negative about the atmosphere since we got it all to-go.
Went here on a weekday for an early brunch. The ambience is modern and inviting. The wait staff are super friendly and quick to respond. We ordered a Hazelnut Latte, Ricotta Pancakes and the Baked Eggs. The Latte was surprisingly good. Ricotta Pancakes were so fluffy and tasty, we loved them. They're very subtly sweet and thats what made it even better. The Baked Eggs is basically Shakshuka served with a Bread. It was so delicious, we ordered a side of Toast to eat with. The side of sourdough bread was toasted to perfection. They even brought with it some butter and jam that was great! Would definitely visit again!
