We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Woodlands Resort! The entire property is stunning, featuring an amazing outdoor area that is perfect for relaxing and exploring. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. A huge plus for us is that the resort is pet-friendly, meaning our whole family could enjoy the trip together. Our rooms were spotless, comfortable, and very well-maintained throughout our stay. When it comes to dining, we were thoroughly impressed. The pool area offers decent, tasty food options that are super convenient for a day out in the sun, but the main restaurant is where the food is truly great, every meal we had there was excellent. A special shoutout goes to Vicente, the lobby bartender! We cannot speak highly enough of him. He is absolutely amazing, attentive, and mixes incredible drinks. He truly elevated our evenings. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!
My family and I have been here since Monday, and we’ve had an amazing stay. We’re usually Marriott people, but Hilton has really been impressing us lately. This trip definitely reinforced that. When we checked in on Monday, we were greeted by Teddy at the front desk. The lobby was packed because of a convention, but you would’ve never known it by the way he handled everything. He stayed calm, treated every guest with kindness and respect, and never made anyone feel rushed. You could tell he genuinely cared about giving people a great experience. That same level of service carried throughout our stay. The bartender, valet team, and operations staff were all friendly, professional, and accommodating. Every interaction made us feel welcome. A beautiful hotel is one thing, but it’s the people who make you want to come back. This team did exactly that. We truly felt at home here, and without a doubt, we’ll be back again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay such a memorable one!

Everything thing here was great! Top notch and the employees were very nice. Room was fantastic, the swimming area was a blast, boozy bingo was fun (especially when I was winning) lol, and the s'mores at night was romantic. And after my girlfriend and I were alone by the fire at night she accepted my ring and became my bride to be! The only thing stopping me from giving this great place 5 stars is the restaurant and food. Food was outrageously priced, showy but poor quality and taste. And everything from room service is far overpriced. $40 for chips and salsa?I should've just gone out at that point and purchased an actually dinner. Aside from that, it's an amazing stop! We'll be back, we'll just eat out next time! X3
We enjoy day passes at the Resort to enjoy the pool, food and amenities. The pool areas are refreshing, shaded and relaxing with a soothing waterfall near our favorite Day Bed. The Lazy River winds throughout the resort and is peaceful and picturesque. Poolside service today by ENZO was the best we have experienced this season. He was attentive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the day. The smashburgers are yummy too!
My family and I had such an amazing time at the resort! We reserved a cabana, and it was perfect for us, it was even better than we expected. The service was excellent from the moment we arrived. Everything was ready for us, drinks were served right away, fresh fruit was provided, and every detail made the experience feel special. A special thank you to Erica, our server. She was incredibly kind and attentive, always making sure we had everything we needed throughout the day. Her outstanding service truly made our experience even better. Thank you, Erica, for taking such great care of us. We hope to come back again soon!
