Don Kennedy Roofing was PHENOMENAL. I can’t emphasize what a professional and amazing job they did. I want to call out Derrick (Project Manager) who was with me every step of the way. Also, Juan and his crew did an amazing job and Juan was on the roof the whole time and was literally on his hands and knees in our flower beds making sure our bushes were ok and he was literally hand picking the nails up and ensuring everything was done to an amazing level. These two guys are the difference makers. The house looks amazing with my GAF Dual Shadow Line ULTRA shingle.
I cannot say enough great things about the roofing repair work completed by Ben Wegener. From the very beginning, Ben was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive. He took the time to thoroughly assess the problem, explain the necessary repairs, and answer all of my questions with honesty and expertise. The quality of the workmanship was outstanding. Ben paid attention to every detail and made sure the repair was completed correctly the first time. My roof looks fantastic, and I have complete confidence that the issues have been resolved. He left the work area spotless and treated my home with the utmost respect throughout the entire process. What impressed me most was Ben's dedication to customer satisfaction. As a small business owner myself for 20+ years I truly appreciate a business as professional as Don Kennedy Roofing. They did everything they were contracted to do, in a timely manner and delivered quality service. I got several quotes from other roofing companies for my commercial building (several did not even bother to contact me back to give me a quote). Don Kennedy Roofing was upfront in their assessment of my roof and reasonable in their quote. I would strongly suggest this company to anyone looking for roofing replacement or repairs. Danny Klein, Gutter Supervisor for Don Kennedy Company, was quick to reach out when we had a problem with our gutters a year and half after installation. He was very attentive to resolve it to our complete satisfaction. He listened attentively and didn't hesitate to go totally out of his way to make sure that we were completely happy. We are very happy and grateful!
Don Kennedy completely replaced the old wood roof deck and installed all new OSB and class IV GAF shingles. They sent a large enough crew to completely get the entire job done in one full day! Everybody who I dealt with was completely professional, courteous, competent, friendly and efficient. Nathaniel Hall made a thorough site review before the project and made recommendations. There was no high sales pressure, just an honest factual assessment about what needed to be done and what material options were available. Once we made the decision about what we wanted done, we had complete confidence in our decision based upon the outstanding assistance from Nathaniel. After the contract was signed, we immediately began getting daily communications from Brian who informed us every step along the way of what was happening and when a crew was coming out. Once the crew got started on the work, Joe Burchell was on site and carefully monitoring all of the work that was being done. Throughout the day, Joe brought to my attention the multiple issues that the crew was running into and informed me of how they were going to address each issue (including cracked rafters that they repaired!). This company is staffed by people who are not only very competent at what they do, but also go the extra mile to strive for perfection and to make the customer happy. So glad we went with Don Kennedy and I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
