Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Our room would be difficult to spend more than a night or two in because it was very dreary; it could’ve been much more cheerful. The staff was good and there were available food, snack, and other convenience items available for purchase at the front desk. Parking was good. The hotel was very clean. Breakfast was fine, but it was mostly a lot of very processed The bacon was good.
Room was clean and okay. Shelf in bathroom was dangling from the wall. It was my sister and her husband and me in the room as it was a suite. Definitely not condusive to 3 people getting ready. Needed a mirror in the bedroom or at the large table in the living room. Couch was comfortable to sleep on so did not pull out the sofa bed. Free breakfast was nothing to brag about, but the coffee eas good!!

A well managed property. Desk associates are friendly and attentive. Anything we needed they accomodated. Rooms are spacious, clean and well maintained. Free breakfast was well stocked and maintained. Definitely one of the best residence inns I have stayed at. Good job!
My family and I stayed here October 24th through the 27th. The room was clean, kids loved the breakfast! Service was excellent. The young lady who works at night in particular, Heather. She was absolutely amazing. She gave us recommendations on places to eat and was very helpful any time we had a question. We will definitely be back.
This was our first visit to this hotel and we were really happy with everything. Acórea, at check in was friendly and had a great personality. He signed me up for the rewards program which no one had ever done before. The room was beautiful! VERY spacious. My husband asked if we could have a room on a higher floor and Acórea was happy to help. The only issue with the room was on the tub floor there was what looked like scuffing. One spot on the carpet also had a stain but that looked like salt from someone's shoes. Unfortunately, there isn't anything the hotel can do about that. I did let Mandy know in the morning and she was helpful. She was also super friendly and easy to talk to. I could have stood there and talked to her all day. The breakfast was great and set up beautifully. My husband and I like to do a hotel night every few months and this place is our new favorite. Thank you Acórea and Mandy!!
