Jacob Little and his crew did a fantastic job. I really appreciate how they explained everything, kept everything clean and did everything correctly. This was a huge job and complete redo of the furnace, air conditioning and bringing everything up to code. They completed everything in one 90°day with a smile. Today, August 4, 2026 I had Flame come out to put a new Lennox air conditioner in And a new thermostat.My air conditioner was 21 years old! Chris Faison Was my installer he was very pleasant. Did a wonderful job and I definitely give him five stars. He cleaned everything up. He was very Professional. My home is cool once again and of course I’m very happy and happy with Flame’s service.

Owen explained everything to me and did a great job finding the leaking pipe and breaking up the cement floor, replaced the leaking pipe and wrapped the hot and cold water pipes, then put the gravel in and then poured the cemented. The holes in the walls were reasonable and his cleanup was excellent. He also helped me loosen the bonnet on my bathroom sink faucet, that was stuck, so I could replace the washers. I would like Owen to work on my next bathtub project, converting it to a single handle trim kit.
Today I had a hot water tank installed by Ken Thomas. Arrangements were made per work order visit by Tom Smith. There were several snags and extenuating problems to do the replacement I am certain that Ken was not made fully aware of. A very tight space, replace and redirect gas lines, dismantle the former tank that was never installed properly to name a few. But Ken was brilliant and worked hard and I'm so grateful for his expertise and he was such a pleasant person. Flame is lucky to have him. See pics before and after
We had a amazing experience with Josh from Flame installing our new water tank. He was highly professional arrived right on time and got right to work. He finished the job cleaned up afterwards. Josh made sure to answer any and all of the questions we had on the new water heater. Very satisfied with the job. It seems to be working perfect!!
