I had an amazing experience with Cool Roofing. I worked with Jeff, who was incredibly attentive to my situation. I was in a position where I had to leave town for work but had to make some repairs to my roof for insurance purposes. I was very worried about work being done while I was gone, so Jeff was incredibly hands on and was there throughout the whole process sending me pictures and assisting with satisfying my insurance company.
