They made sure everything was completed before winter so our dogs could safely run and play in the snow, which meant so much to us. I had Porterhouse Construction Co. complete a patio expansion in my backyard, and the entire process couldn’t have been easier. Michael provided a same-day quote, and once I accepted the proposal, a crew was mobilized within 24 hours. After the patio was poured, they did an excellent job cleaning up and were very respectful of the surrounding landscape. My backyard has been completely transformed thanks to the fast, high-quality work of Porterhouse Construction Co. Although they were not my lowest bid, the slight increase in cost was completely offset by the ease of working with them and the quality of work provided. The price quoted was the price paid, something that’s increasingly rare these days, as I've had many contractors submit low bids only to request additional money midway through the project due to “changes.” I highly recommend them to anyone looking to undertake a concrete project.
We were referred by a neighbor to have these guys take a look at our deteriorating deck and stairs. They were quick to respond and provided a few options. We had them build us a new custom deck using the pressure-treated framing and TREX synthetic decking. It turned out beautifully and it’s obvious this deck will last longer than our old one did. Also, they put in a new railing that looks much more appealing than our old boring railing. Our new deck turned out way nicer than we anticipated and we’re really happy with the result. My fiance and I hired Porterhouse to build a privacy fence in our front yard. They did a great job, were professional, and finished the job quickly.
