True Service was recommended to us by Dryer & Reinbold BMW for installation of an EV Charger. They managed to fit us in within 48 hours and provided a very personal, friendly and efficient service. I would definitely go back to them!
We would highly recommend True Service Electric! Our first introduction to this company was on Yelp, where we found them. When we called, Laura answered and was very warm and kind. We could tell she was very sincere in wanting to help us with our needs. Our breaker had blown on our water heater. She was able to quickly schedule us. Martin and his team showed up at our location and were very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful. (They were able to arrive earlier than anticipated and Laura called us to make sure that was ok.) Once on our site, the guys quickly, carefully, and efficiently addressed our problem, replaced the blown breaker, and checked to make sure everything was in good order before leaving. We’ll be using True Service Electric as our new electrical service. Thank you!!
From the first call to True Service to the completion of the job I was extremely satisfied. Great communication, punctual, professional, great workmanship, and fair pricing. An estimate was sent prior to the appointment for no surprise fees. The gentlemen who came out confirmed the plan, explained the process, worked efficiently and cleaned up after the project.
