Review Update at the end. My home needed all the plumbing replaced due to unfortunate and unexpected circumstances. I had very specific ideas on what I wanted in place of the copper trunk and branch system, and Levi and his team were phenomenal at making it happen. Though they encountered some challenges with the project they were always upbeat and friendly, involved me in the decision process, and met them head-on. I couldn't be more pleased and only wish I was better at names so I could acknowledge the two gentlemen that worked with Levi. Thank you for the hard work, open mindedness, great humor, and diligence in getting the job done properly. UPDATE: I've dropped my rating for a few reasons I feel should be stated. 1. There were leaks in some connections. The team responded to my call immediately and did correct them, but one of the leaks was due to incomplete attachment to a fitting and should have been caught at the start. When the team came to fix these issues I walked them through what I did when I found the first leak - including turning off the line at the manifold, and then finding the second leak which necessitated turning off the main supply. After the repairs were done they assured me they did leak tests on all connections and everything was good to go. I had to point out they never turned the line back on at the manifold so they didn't leak the first problematic connection. With that sorted, I scheduled the inspection. 2. Inspector was very thorough - and remarkably gracious in his decision to pass. During inspection, he commented on the fact the lines in the crawl were insulated and secured on every joists which he found unusual, and explained that insulation wasn't necessary (crawl was insulated already), and lines only needed to be secured every 32". Why this matters: I ran every line in that crawl myself before realizing I wasn't going to be able to do the rest of the work myself. I called All Seasons in for an estimate to complete the remaining work. I was told the crawl lines needed secured every 24" and insulation was required. So the estimate I received included costs for insulation. Because of this, I replaced every clip I used on the lines with ones that insulation would fit around, and placed them on every single joist for 12+ lines. I went through almost 400 clips, 800 screws, and 9 hours just to accommodate the insulation and ensure the lines were secured within the supposed requirements. 3. The inspector also commented that the terminal ends of the lines should have been connected to stub-outs, not run through the floors then connected directly to turn off valves and left flopping around. I now have to pay another plumber $4k to correct this when the rest of the home repairs are done. 4. In addition to the plumbing lines I had to have my spigots replaced. They installed one with a broken frost cap which I didn't notice until after their second visit. Inspector didn't check that spigot because it was out of the general path and overlooked. Now the spigot is pouring water out of the frost free valve and needs replaced. So, while my immediate review was 5 stars, a careless error, a little time, and an inspection have exposed more than a few disappointments. (I did reach out to All Seasons through their contact page to express my concerns, but never received a response.)

Levi and his crew at All Seasons did an excellent job. They replaced the polybutelene water lines in my home with pex and they replaced my water heater. They were on time, professional, let me know what they were doing along the way and sought my permission for a few changes and left my home clean. The price was reasonable and the service was fantastic. I would highly recommend All Seasons.
Service was outstanding. Fast, friendly and efficient. Pricing seemed high but when you know zip about plumbing, what can you do? I had two baskets on a double sided sink replaced with accompanying washers and sealant. About 400 bucks and a little change. Once again, same day response and service and super friendly guys! They worked for about half an hour I'd say. No shade to them whatsoever, I just thought it was pricey. Also, this included a two year warranty so hopefully you get what you pay for!
I had a great experience with everyone I spoke with and met in person. I was quoted and work was done same day. Very personable and friendly. Knowledgeable about what they do and offered other quotes for things I may need in near future. The area was clean and everything was in working order. Will definitely call them back for future needs.
Levi was great to work with. Professional and courteous the entire time he was here. Took care of the issue made sure everything was back to the way it was before the problem occurred. Great job!
