THIS THE WORST CLINIC. Got here at 11:00 am, front desk staff is so rude and doesn’t explain anything. We waited until 4 pm which is almost closing time even though they helped other people who got there after us. IF I could I would give zero stars. If you value your time, don’t waste it coming to this clinic.

Update 08/26/24:Clinic still doesn't answer their phone. I'm still waiting for the authorization form and my blood test results. I was told Friday, 08/23/24 that the doctor was going to call me back with the blood results and he never did. The front desk is a mess. Very incompetent front desk staff. I had to call 35 times for them to pick up the phone. Don't offer appointments. The front desk girls look like they are always in a bad mood. The doctor was okay. I've been to other clinics and the first thing they ask/request is for me to get blood test, a pap smear...just the regular things. I had to request for all of this to be done. I personally think this is not normal. Authorizations were hard to get since the front desk girls never answered the phone, put me on hold for a LONG time, or hang up on me. They did eventually send me the authorization only because I kept calling. Clinic looks unsanitary overall.
