They will lie to your face. These people are scam artists. Do not fall for their tricks. I’ve spent hours and hours on the phone with them. Caught them in numerous lies. They will tell you anything just to get you to pay. But they will never follow through. Kim one of the managers there is a particularly nasty person. I am not sure how she keeps getting away with it but just be warned she is a lier. You will not get the vacation they promised. You will not get the “bonus” you will get nothing compared to what they promise. They sell you paradise and you get a 2 star nasty hotels at best. And that’s best case scenario if they even have the rooms available. She keeps saying they will email it, yet it never comes. Absolutely horrible company never do business with anything Wyndham.
This resort is in a great off-the -highway location but walking distance to some great bars and food, as well as Cracker Barrel, McDonalds, etc. It’s just a short uber ride to the Grand ol’ Opry and that complex which is awesome. Ubers are about 30 bucks to get to downtown or the airport which isn’t bad and they were quick. Staff was very helpful and friendly and there wasn’t much pressure to attend any sales presentation! Rooms are laid out a little odd but were clean and ours was updated nicely while our friend’s was just a touch outdated. Everything worked well.

The staff have always been professional and courteous. Special requests for particular location of room has always been satisfactory. Location is just a few hundred feet away from the Opryland Hotel and Mall. Great location for entertainment and food. One other great thing this resort offers is transportation to and from downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend this resort.
I've never stayed in a Wyndham!!! But I will now! Cost-effective and double rooms and two bathrooms..... AND IT WAS SO CLEAN!!!! So where have you been hiding? This is our new staycation spot! Sorry hilton.... not! But I will be checking out the club Wyndham's around the world. I was very much shocked and surprised this was the most affordable place we found with the power outage. And guess what? They had activities like a real resort! Blew my mind! I never got the breakfast because I had to work. But we will be using them again!
The location is perfect for a convention goer at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. The club has an indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub. We stayed in 1243 a complete condo 2 Bed, 2 bath sleeps 8. One bedroom has two queen and the other has a king. The master suite has a jacuzzi. Very spacious. Dining room, kitchen, laundry, living room. A balcony view to the west. Beautiful sunset.
