I had my HVAC unit serviced by Hardin Bros. today and I'm happy to give them 5 stars for their professionalism, promptness, and service. From the first call to setting up the appoint, to the notification system, and the Technicians that performed the service (Matt and Jacob) they were knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It was an all around great experience. I recommend giving them a call !!

Matt, our tech, was professional, efficient, and thorough. Our AC unit blew out over night during a 90-100 degree heat wave and they fit us in same day. They didn’t have to, but found a way to make it work despite not having any availability with extremely high demand. Highly recommend and my family thanks them as we are now protected from the high temperatures.

I am a Cinch Home Warranty customer. My central AC unit had died and Hardin Bros was assigned as my service provider. Cinch is AWFUL and trying to get this repair done has been a grueling process (to no fault of Hardin Bros, the issue has solely been with Cinch). Matt has come to my house multiple times because of Cinch, and each time he has been amazing. He has been very kind and transparent with me throughout this process, even though Cinch has been making the company jump hurdles to get this repair done. I wanted to make sure that I had all details of the proposed repair plan correct prior to disputing with Cinch so I had contacted Jacob. He was also very kind and transparent, and I appreciate him taking the time to walk me through everything. I really do appreciate the time and patience that has been spent on me. I would absolutely recommend Hardin Bros to anyone! I would also advise to steer clear of Cinch!
Hardin Bros was out today for an AC check He checked the whole system and we are good to go. Jacob was polite, professional, on time and very informative.
