Office staff was warm and professional. Dr Mehta and her assistant were professional, thorough, and friendly. The equipment was new and they even have service dog if you are anxious. Great experience, I booked my next appointment.
Great experience at my first appointment here! The staff were friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. I really appreciated that the exam felt thorough without any pressure toward unnecessary treatments, which can sometimes happen at dental offices. The whole visit felt very straightforward and honest. Also a bonus: they have the cutest office dog who makes the atmosphere even more welcoming. Overall a very positive first visit—I’ll definitely be coming back!
Dr. Mehta and staff were very kind and extremely thorough, I always have a little anxiety coming to a new dentist but they explained everything in great detail with fair and transparent pricing! Would recommend to anyone looking to make going to the dentist a little less scary.

Dr. Mehta, Chante, and the entire team at Chicago Loop Dentistry were amazing! They were friendly, thorough, and very timely; they offered very clear information about the health of my teeth and gums, and provided options for future treatment. It was a very pleasant experience!
Chicago Loop Dentistry is an amazing dental office. I am a brass player without medical insurance and they always are so helpful with navigating financial assistance. They work with organizations that can offer financial relief and are very encouraging to pursue that financial support. They are extremely responsive and caring. Not to mention that they do a wonderful job on my teeth. I’m very grateful for their services.
