Chris and Dan did an excellent scoping, installing, and reviewing the service provided. A new circuit and exterior outlet was added for an existing heated gutter install, a garage outlet was added, and surge protection was added for the full house. All aspects were very well explained prior to the installation and my input considered. Upon completion the entire garage was swept clean and my questions completely answered.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had Northern Electrical install recessed lighting on the first floor of our home across four different rooms, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. They were incredibly responsive from scheduling through completion. Chris and Dave were remarkably professional, efficient, and thoughtful throughout the entire project. They didn’t just install lights, they educated us. They took the time to walk us through the new devices, explain how everything worked, and give great insight on dimmers, lighting levels, and how different settings would affect the feel of each room. What really stood out was their flexibility. Throughout the day, they checked in with us, communicated clearly, and were completely open to adjustments and preferences as we saw things come together. That kind of collaboration made a big difference. They were also extremely conscientious about our home. They wore protective boots, kept the workspace clean, and genuinely tried to leave the house in better shape than they found it. That level of care is rare. Professional, quick, educational, and respectful. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We absolutely look forward to working with them again on future lighting projects. Highly recommend.

We had a sub-panel installed in our garage. After the appointment with the estimator, I received a detailed email that included the option to accept the estimate which triggered the appointment making process. That entire process was clean and well-organized. Dave and Chris were the two electricians that did the work and they were awesome. The quality of work was very good, they were timely, communications were effective and helpful and they cleaned up after they were done. I would highly recommend Northern Electrical, LLC.
Chris the electrician was hands down one of the kindest and most professional technicians I’ve ever experienced. He truly puts the customer first, which is hard to find these days. If you’re going through Northern Electrical LLC, I highly recommend asking for Chris — no doubt about it!
