I absolutely love re-purposing things and what they've done with the old factories in this area is so cool! I've stayed at several Hilton's and even the MGM Grand but this hotel was by far my favorite!! Very clean, awesome esthetic, great location; near shopping, spas, great restaurants! Our boys are 11 and 15 and loved it! Definitely worth the stay!
A very “Industrial” motif throughout. Not like your highway intersection hotels. No fridge, no microwave and no ice machines. Plan on dining out. The room(s) were clean and the bed comfortable. Needed a shower mat for the old lady. A bit slippery. She did enjoy the glass on both sides shower. Something about being entertaining. Staff was very helpful and there was coffee in the 2nd floor lobby in the AM.

Probably the best hotel I've stayed at Post COVID that still has all the hallmarks of a true hospitality- driven experience. I'll give it to the Cunningham Group - due to just HOW GOOD our stay was, I actually researched the management group and am excited to find more opportunities to stay in their properties. Best Factors: 1) Excellent VFM 2) Excellent Food options on site 3) Dog Hospitality was outstanding 4) Baby Amenities were Outstanding 5) People made you feel special and the Hospitality reminded you that this is how a 4+ Star experience should be. 12/10 experience. 10 stars if I could.
Loved the hotel but even more the staff! Ivo, Maxton. Both brought amazing energy and attentiveness, thank you for making it a superb experience. The girl that worked at Rize, she’s blonde and looks like Sydney Sweeney, I’m so sorry I don’t remember your name. You were so kind and attentive. The 3 girls that worked at the front desk, manning phones delivering packages to the rooms for an event that was going on done seemingly so effortlessly. (But I know is never that cool and calm behind the scenes) Each and every single staff member of housekeeping deserves a gold star. The hotel was near immaculate. I could not have better things to say about ironworks! Especially the Indy location, keep it up, you’ve won a forever customer!
Very impressed with this property. When we arrived (and every time we left and returned), a doorman was hurrying to hold the door for us. When we entered, we were hit with the absolute best smell I've ever experienced in a hotel. The front desk staff were so friendly, the room was so well designed and clean, and the breakfast options at Rize were delicious. Easy to get to most things in Indy from this location in a reasonable amount of time. I would definitely recommend it and would certainly return!
