Mike & team worked endlessly to fix our Cherokee. We took it to a different shop & they couldn't figure out the problem, but these guys did. Holly kept in contact with us every step of the way & worked with the warranty dept, to make sure everything was covered. When the codes popped up again, I sent a text, after hours, & Mike reached out 1st thing the next morning & told me to bring it back in. They had it figured out & sent us on our way. Had my skid plate randomly detach from the bottom of my car. I took it in and they reattached it quickly and free of charge as well as letting me know my rear brakes were in need of replacement. Very friendly, helpful, and honest staff. Would recommend to anyone in the area!
We were so well greeted (on the phones and in person). We live just a few blocks away, my daughter was having problems with her check engine lights on her Honda and what best to do, they welcomed us to quickly asses options and gave us a very personal experience, very friendly and professional advice. We will definitely return to dive deeper into things and trust we will be handled with care and wonderful attention!
