We stayed at the Marriott Cincinnati Northeast for a few nights at the end of fall and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent—it’s only about 20 minutes from downtown Cincinnati, giving you easy access to the city while staying in a quieter area. There is also plenty of shopping and dining nearby, with several great spots even within walking distance. While the building itself has a more traditional, older exterior, the interior tells a different story. The lobby is large and welcoming, and the rooms are modern and fully updated. We stayed in a suite, which was spacious, clean, and well-maintained throughout our visit. The housekeeping team did a wonderful job keeping everything fresh. The front desk staff was friendly and professional, even accommodating an early check-in, which made our arrival so much smoother. The access to the M-Lounge was very convenient, and the Friday breakfast was excellent. While they didn't serve breakfast in the lounge on the weekend during our stay, the hotel provided vouchers for the on-site restaurant instead. Even without the weekend breakfast service, the lounge remained open for snacks and drinks, which was a nice perk for a quick grab-and-go. Overall, it was a comfortable, seamless stay with great service. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
Great hotel, spent two days. Quiet, clean. The bar and restaurant has amazing food and good staff. Friendly, professional. They also have a laundry unit to wash and dry if need. I would stay again if I had to choose

I enjoyed my stay at this location! I'm Titanium elite (for reference, in case anyone wants to compare) and was greeted warmly by Pasna (apologies if I spelled that wrong!). She took the time to explain all amenities, oriented me to the different areas, and accommodated an early check in (2:30 pm instead of 4 pm). I was upgraded from a base king room to a 1 BR suite. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed is a little firmer than I like, but otherwise good. Easy access to connect my Firestick to watch my shows which I appreciate, since some hotels make it the most difficult task at times. This and the staff made it feel like a very guest-centric experience. The M lounge was decent, I arrived on a Thursday so I got to enjoy the evening items that day and breakfast in lounge on Friday. If I would change anything, it would be to add an automatic coffee machine like other lounges offer so guests can grab a cup throughout the day. Saturday and Sunday it's closed for breakfast/evening snacks (still seemed open for grab and go water, soft drinks, tea, etc). I was given two breakfast vouchers to use at the restaurant on Saturday and Sunday. Restaurant breakfast was ok as well, open seating so you don't have to wait to be seated. There were many kids at the hotel for varying sporting events, including a college football team, but I didn't hear any noise in my room which was a huge plus. Their breakfast was also hosted in the center atrium area and other conference rooms, so restaurant access for everyone else was not impacted at all. I thought that was smart. The pool was occupied by kids most of the times I walked by, which is fine, just noting for those who want something family friendly! Parking was never an issue, and the area is convenient to many restaurants, both sit down and fast food, as well as shopping/department stores for goods. Burlington coats is next door, as well as an excellent Asian market (Enson). They also accommodated a late checkout of 1 pm (though the FD team offered to honor up to 4 pm!) and just made this a stress free trip. Overall, I would definitely return to this Marriott hotel if I'm ever back in the area! Kudos to management, I felt appreciated and I could tell that you care about your guests!
The rooms were very nice at this hotel. And the staff I can’t say enough good things about. Getting on the elevator my cellphone slipped out of my hands and straight through the elevator crack (no joke). The three young ladies at the front desk were so kind. They called the maintenance man in on a Sunday morning to recover my phone. They were fantastic! I would stay here again just because of those three ladies and the maintenance guy!
Location was great many shops and restaurants close by and also at the exit before. The hotel was massive and many conference rooms and spaces. The lounge was great and restaurant had plenty of seating. Rooms were clean and staff were nice. No issues.
