HIGHLY recommend Killeen! If you are looking for a honest, hardworking and fair priced team to use definitely go with Killeen! The team we had was Andrew S and Matt. They kept us informed along the way because the work they did was a pretty large job and they were AWESOME! I can’t say enough good things about these guys and the ladies in the office as well! We had a great experience with this plumbing company! They came out to fix our garbage disposal, repair a leaking kitchen sink, and take care of a few other small issues around the house. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally. Caleb was our technician, and he was absolutely wonderful. He explained everything clearly, walked us through what needed to be done, and patiently answered all of our questions. It’s such a relief to work with someone who is knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to make sure you understand the process. The work was completed thoroughly, and everything is running perfectly now. We truly appreciate the excellent service and will definitely be using them again in the future. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience using Killeen plumbing. Cylis was wonderful. He called ahead, was prompt with a fair estimate and arrived on time to do the work as planned. He answered all my questions politely, put covers on his shoes when he came in the house and kept the work areas clean. The jobs were done very well and I am happy my neighbor recommended them. I will definitely call them again when I need any plumbing work done. I had new faucets put in in the basement and bathroom that also needed new pipes and shutoff valves.
We had our furnace go out and a pipe burst in our leased building. Killeen Plumbing was recommended by a friend and now I'm happy to say I finally have a reliable plumber! They were there within 2 hours on the coldest day we have had. Diagnosed the problem spot and had it repaired in less than 30 minutes. Very reasonably priced and the guys were really nice. Thank you again for the great customer service.
