Erin Daniels and Scott Sell were a godsend. They truly care about their clients. They took the time to really walk me through the difficult process of applying for disability and took the reins on navigating that so I could focus on my health. I am very grateful to have been one of their clients and wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone applying for SSDI.
I worked with Scott Sell on my long-term disability claim appeal and couldn't be more grateful! He was knowledgeable, responsive, and explained every step of the process clearly. What felt overwhelming at the start became manageable because of his guidance and professionalism. Thanks to his dedication, my claim appeal was approved. I highly recommend him to anyone dealing with long term disability claims or appeals.

Cynthia F. Newton and her team flawlessly managd my personal injury case. I was struck by a truck while riding my bicycle, resulting in multiple injuries including loss of a leg. The incident really impacted my wife as well. Cynthia and her team were both professional and compassionate, handling everything including the complexities of medical billing so that my wife and I could focus on my recovery. I do not believe that we could have received the quality and caring service from any other firm.
I was very impressed by how the entire process was handled, start to finish. I was injured cycling, and this team knows about cycling, cares about making it better in the city, and will fight for you. I'm extremely grateful to have had them on my side through this journey.
My experience with this firm was not good. Almost 4 long years of mishaps, mistakes, negligence, and all the other ugly adjectives. To be denied my second hearing by the same judge that was in full favor of my disabilities and who approved me the first hearing before the SSA appeals council intimidated her, questioned her credibility? Tell me? The Senator was involved. For what? What good did it do?! Idk what the malfunction is/was, but I'm so ill! Then being told I'm going to have to wait a year to go to federal court! I've spoken with another firm and they're able to go to federal court immediately and are also extremely confused by what is going on with my case. I'll finish this with remembering the day I came into the office and was filling out paperwork in the glass conference room and some old white man that clearly worked there wanted the room and questioned whether I was even a paying client, and why I was in the room in the first place. The worst thing was that when I turned in my paperwork I apologized! The receptionist was clearly embarrassed by his stupidity, and thinking I didn't overhear. I should have fired you then! I would not recommend this law firm to anyone after what I have discovered and after the things I endured.
