It was truly a pleasure staying at the Portland's White House. The architecture and history are breathtaking gems you experience as soon as you step on the property. The rooms are cozy and elegant with modern bathroom upgrades that leave you wanting for nothing. Portland's White House offers comfortable and quiet common areas so if you are in need of working space, you do not need to leave the premises. The service is great! They anticipate your needs and have things prepared before you have to ask. If you are in need, they are responsive around the clock. Melissa is amazing and her energy and smile made the environment warm and welcoming. I look forward to experiencing a different room on my next visit to Portland!
Let’s just say our visit to Portland was a memorable one. We stayed at Portland’s White House and it did not disappoint. Pictures don’t do this place justice, Melissa and Felix were amazing hosts! We’re definitely going to miss being spoiled but will definitely be back!

Beautiful place. Very clean, and they even cater to gluten free and dairy free diets. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Portland.
Owner Melissa very friendly and inviting. 1st time in Portland gave us helpful information and invites to events in the area. Newly reopened and house is breath taking. Lovely neighborhood. Nice and quite. Ready to explore for the next few days.
Such a wonderful stay! This was an amazing week. The staff is so accommodating and friendly. Always willing with recommendations if restaurants or attractions nearby and even providing maps and guidance for the best way to commute. You feel like you live in a mansion. Breakfast at the communal table is always diverse. We stayed 8 nights while most guests average 2-3 as they pass through. So we met with newlyweds to families touring colleges and folks in town to see some sights or even staying to attend a wedding nearby. My wife and I are vegan and the chef prepared custom breakfast every morning so that it was never stale or boring. Homemade cookies in your room after turndown service and the elegance of the historical architecture preserved as authentic as they can. The only thing I wish is we could have stayed even longer. If you are only in town for a day, stay here, if you have a week all the better of an experience!
