Sami Jomaa is an excellent HVAC technician, who can solve any problem, big or small. He explains the work in easy to understand terms. We are very satisfied with his performance and hope he returns again. Although we had difficulty in scheduling the work with the office, we are giving Shamy a high rating based on Sami's excellent work.

Air conditioning stopped working during 4th of July week. We called Shamy to come out and they sent a very green technician who although tried his best spent an entire day troubleshooting, traveling for parts, and ultimately not finding a solution. A week later, after 2 weeks of no air conditioning, Sammy an extremely professional educated seasoned technician came out. Within 10 mins he isolated the problem and the air was working! Sammy needs a promotion and deserves all the recognition and praise. Sammy deserves 5 stars and is the reason I’m giving the company, Shamy, any stars and a review. Grateful for him saving this family during the hot and smokey summer.
Fantastic Experience! Tech was candid in their assessment, even to the point of intentionally delaying a visit to make sure they could get an accurate assessment with a warmer temperature outside. Friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient! Highly recommend!
