Positives: Really nice staff Negatives: The first time they came, they were here for approximately seven hours. No problem, but they didn't finish the job. So they came back the next day, which I appreciated. However, they installed an automatic light sensor in the my hallway. A nice idea in theory, except there was no way to turn the sensor off. One can imagine why this would be problematic. Eventually, they came to fix that issue and now there is a normal light switch. But it doesn't end there. I just happened to look in my closet (behind the wall they were working on) and it was a mess (see photos). They ruined my closet. I was told drywall isn’t fixed. Well that’s fine, but it wasn’t just drywall that was destroyed. The work done totally demolished the wall and broke the wood in the walls. Totally unnecessary. And my clothes in the closet also need to be dry-cleaned, as a result. And as a cherry on top, I just went up to my attic and turned the fan light on. It turned the light on the floor below OFF! This company has made MORE work for me. I do NOT recommend them. If you want a haphazard job done and like paying for everything they break, call them.
The electrical power went out in 1/2 of my house late on Wednesday. I called APEX and scheduled an electrician to come out the next day. Sam came and looked at all my glass screw-in fuses in several panel boxes and determined that I needed to upgrade to a breaker box since part of the current system was failing (and probably not up to code). I believe what I had was original to the house built in 1955 and I was on borrowed time anyway with the current electrical set-up. Sam provided 3 different estimates depending on how much I wanted done. I chose one of the estimates and Sam said he could be out the next morning (Friday) to start repairs. He showed up on time and brought Liam with him to assist. I could tell it was a lot of hard, intricate work but they worked efficiently and was able to get the job completed by 3pm! They cleaned up the area and Sam had me electronically sign the paperwork. Since I have good credit, I was able to get an excellent payment plan, interest free. I was impressed that APEX was able to run my credit right away. Sam and Liam could not have been more respectful and pleasant. They answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend APEX to anyone!

Rocco and ahmad the dynamic duo were amazing! They came out addressed our electrical issue, gave me a very reasonable quote and completed the work in a quick and efficient timeline. Both techs were professional and very nice to work with. I would definitely recommend giving apex a try if you haven't already. Thank you guys now our family can finally move into our new home!
The crew was on time and very professional. We got plumbing put in upstairs and electrical system for a washer and dryer. Cement work was well done and all cleaned up. They were Very efficient and got a big job done in one day! They kept the house clean and were up and downstairs many times and had the dumpster filled with all the refuse. We’re very happy to get this upgrade to our house, thank you Apex Pros!
Julian Williams with Apex Pro did an amazing job replacing my hot water tank to a tankless . He did the job that I usually see 2 or more people do it all by himself. I highly recommend him and Apex because they are quick to respond usually same day to come out and fix. I thought his job is nice and neat as well see my pictures if don’t believe me!
