Julian Williams with Apex Pro did an amazing job replacing my hot water tank to a tankless . He did the job that I usually see 2 or more people do it all by himself. I highly recommend him and Apex because they are quick to respond usually same day to come out and fix. I thought his job is nice and neat as well see my pictures if don’t believe me!
Awyar Bilal and another wonderful gentleman replaced my electronical panel. They were kind curious took the time to explain everything without trying to up sale me. They even made sure to answer ever question I had. They let me know all my options and were not pushy and very patient. They both smelled amazing too. Bonus!! Seriously would hire again amazing professional service!
The crew was on time and very professional. We got plumbing put in upstairs and electrical system for a washer and dryer. Cement work was well done and all cleaned up. They were Very efficient and got a big job done in one day! They kept the house clean and were up and downstairs many times and had the dumpster filled with all the refuse. We’re very happy to get this upgrade to our house, thank you Apex Pros!

We noticed our hot water tank was leaking from both top and bottom on a Sunday evening. I reached out to get a they scheduled an appointment the next day. Chris came out on Monday checked everything out and explained the repair to us. Chris removed and replaced the hot water tank, pressure tank and new shut off valve in a couple hours. Chris did an amazing job completing the service and left the area cleaner than it was. Great customer service, timely repair, quality products. The reason for 4 stars was the cost.
One star because the technicians a super friendly an hospitable, however I purchased a 99% efficiency smart furnace with humidifier and top of the line smart thermostat and they did not send out a licensed electrician to safely ground the unit. The regular HVAC technicians were not qualified for the job per city of columbus building and zoning services. After 3.5 weeks the furnace control board fried, the thermostat fried, the inducer blower motor fried, and i'm sure there are other components damaged. I was left with no heat in zero degree temperatures and they sent the same installers out to look at the system. The original installers couldn't figure out the problem so they brought us space heaters. A couple days later a senior technician came by and figured out that the furnace was not properly grounded and he would have to order all new parts for the furnace. I spent over 10k on this service and they still have not sent someone to my house to fix this problem after 2 weeks. It starts with the salesman for not knowing the equipment he was selling required special installation as all new 99% efficient furnaces do and the installers for hooking up this unit like a normal furnace. The customer advocate has been less than helpful in this case and never provides any factual information about HVAC equipment. What is the standard at this place. After 2 weeks they brought me some new parts and left me with a 1 stage furnace and a digital thermostat that doesn't connect to the humidifier. This all starts with the salesman not knowing the required installation of the equipment he sold and the dispatchers not knowing which technicians are qualified to install the highest efficiency furnace. Putting my pregnant wife and I in a position without heat is unacceptable Apex. If they ever fix this out I will update this review
