Our project was to replace a patio door with windows and finish up exterior and interior walls. Initially, the idea was simple: replace the door with some kind of windows and finish with siding. After meeting with Jamie and Kenny (foreman), we came to an agreement to put double-hung windows and finish outside with bricks so that the windows look like they were always there. We contracted Limitless in December and after a few weather delays and scheduling issues, the work was completed in June. Believe it or not (and we could not believe it at first), they completed the entire job in less than 2 days. Kenny and his crew came on one afternoon and got the patio door out, framed, installed windows, and waterproofed in roughly three hours. Next day they came back with more crews since one team worked on the inside while masonry crew worked on the outside. They put the bricks up professionally and neatly. They even went to Kentucky to pick up the bricks to match the existing ones. Very detail-oriented. Then, on the inside, insulation, drywall, and trims went up to close up the wall. Then, they caulked both inside and outside, as well as painted the inside. The person working on the caulk was very detailed and focused on getting down to very details. Even with painting, when you thought the painting was completed, Kenny, the foreman, noticed some spots, so the crew again worked on those small details. What was also nice to hear was that one of the chair railings that was chopped up from a previous incident, so they went ahead and replaced it. That's how thoughtful, professional, and detailed all of the crew members were. And before and after the project, Jamie was very responsive to texts and emails. We appreciated the ease of the entire process. Everyone was very friendly and easy to work and talk to. Trust and relationship building of the crew are also important in growing the company and reputation. We recommend Limitless Construction for any project that you may have. Great service and work done to our exterior wall that had water damage. Jamie was able to come out and diagnose where the water was coming from, and estimate the repairs at a reasonable price. The construction work preformed was great, and when updates or addition work needed to take place I was always brought into the conversation prior to things happening. I am very impressed by the overall process, and the outcome of the wall is amazing! I would recommend this company and work with them again in the future.
I had the opportunity to witness Limitless Construction complete a full restroom installation project, and I was very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism. The project included toilets, urinals, privacy partitions, and sinks, all installed with great attention to detail.
