5 Stars 100% I cannot recommend United Heating and Air highly enough! Last year, United Heating and Air installed two new air conditioning units and one furnace at my home in Stevenson Ranch, California. From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. Their pricing was the most competitive I found, and the quality of the installation exceeded my expectations. Because of that experience, I hired them again to replace the HVAC system at my condo in Wood Ranch, Simi Valley—and once again, they absolutely delivered. One of the biggest challenges was that my condo has no backyard access. Rather than trying to force the unit through or risk damage, United Heating and Air came up with the perfect solution: they brought in a crane and safely lifted the new AC unit directly into my backyard. The entire process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great care. I also want to recognize the owner, Peri, who was incredibly responsive and made sure every question and concern was addressed. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority for him and his team. If you're looking for honest pricing, exceptional workmanship, and outstanding customer service, I highly recommend United Heating and Air. Our 20 year old furnace broke down in the middle of February and we were freezing and so we called Universal to fix it. We called Monday morning about 9Am and they had a technician examine it by 1pm and we had a new furnace installed for a very reasonable price by 4 pm the next day, Now we have a warm house once again. All of their technicians were excellent and the new furnace looks great, Thank You Claudia at Universal and your excellent service and great price.
We live in a historic home with quirky,old ductwork. Many companies have been hesitant to work on it, but Universal Heating & Air embraced the challenge. They took the time to understand the unique airflow issues and provided solutions that didn't compromise the character of our house. They were careful, considerate, and left no trace of their work behind except for a perfectly functioning heating system. We are so grateful for their expertise.
