Very easily the best doctor’s visit I have ever had. Her personality is amazing, and the level of detail, her thorough line of questioning and the on the spot depth of thought Dr.Dharma put in to outlining the action items of my care plan made me feel at ease. All labs and scans were done right there in the offices on the same day and everyone was so genuinely kind and informed. Starting with a new primary care doctor can be nerve wrecking, but I felt…relieved after my first. Relieved, seen and heard to be exact. Book the appointment.

My visit with Dr. Ramirez was great. As a woman, I finally felt heard and understood. She listened to every health concern I had and I never felt rushed. I'm so happy to have finally found a doctor that cares about me as a patient.
I move frequently for work and have seen clinics all over the US. I don't have a primary provider because I'm never anywhere long enough to get established. If I had to finally pick one, Southwest would be a good contender. Booking an appointment online was very easy and efficient with plenty of availability. The office was clean and had plenty of parking when I arrived. There was a hick up with them requiring a copay for a covered service, which had me very irritated. When I went back to have my vitals taken, the tech was very calming and patient with my less than pleasant attitude. Kudos to her because she really did diffuse my anger and turned my first impression around. My experience with NP Kelsey was phenomenal. She was very personable, thorough and followed up as needed. She never made me feel rushed and addressed all of my concerns. She genuinely made me feel valued as a patient. Lab results and consultations were processed efficiently and quickly. I would definitely recommend them.
