It was a overall great experience at hudec dental 12409 Lorain ave in Cleveland Ohio They were very professional but welcoming The x- ray technician is very good at her job She was comforting and very attentive! She walked me threw every step and never got frustrated with me ! I think her name was alisha ! Sorry if I am wrong ! And the doctor was very accommodating and worked around my schedule so it was most convenient for me ! And when leaving they were very fast with the final step of the paperwork! Also gave me a printed out treatment plan to walk me threw every step of the whole procedure ! And answered all my questions fully and in a language that I understand ! Hudec have wonderful staff but one in particular worked extra hard to go above and beyond at her job. Her name is Havonia… my tooth pain was at 10 and she answered the phone at 8 in the morning, managed to get me a 10am appointment (same day) and gave me advice on how to sooth the pain. Shortly after, I ran into an insurance issue. She could have told me to seek another option but no! She did some research and got me squared away… I appreciate that because I felt like a priority and not just another number in the waiting room. I’m truly grateful for Hudec and the services they provide. Thank you all 🫶🏾.

Greatest place i have ever had dental done . I bin to alot of different dentist because I never took care of my teeth. They was fast. Painless, and for the 1st time my anxietie wasn't through the roof. Everyone was nice and respectful. Definitely would refer them to anyone
Oh yeah came out smiling! I love Hudec Dental 🪥 my teeth/gums were sensitive with the metal cleaner,so she put on some pain reliever before the cleaning,it helped so much and my teeth are clean and brighter, "don't go anywhere Hudec because I'm coming back."
Always a pleasure and made to feel like my thoughts matter.. the gal that cleans my teeth goes above and beyond.. super friendly, professional and fast.. doesnt hurt she's sociable and attentive! Love this place!!!
