Healthcare like you have never experienced! The entire staff is amazing. Dr. Wenzell is very knowledgeable, very caring, and always takes time to listen and help me understand my health concerns. I have never felt rushed nor felt my concerns were invalid. I recently had some health concerns which were very stressful. Dr. Wenzel contacted me late in the evening to provide/discuss results from lab tests and scans which alleviated my anxiety. He always provides personalized access to care anytime and anywhere. We travel throughout the United States for long periods of time in our RV and it is very reassuring to know I always have access to Healthcare. Sarah and Grace are always so kind and willing to help you find the most reasonable diagnostic testing and medication costs; often times less expensive than using Healthcare Insurance. I highly recommend this practice...Definitely a Gold Standard and should receive a "10" rating!
My wife and I have been patients with Simplicity Health DPC for a few years, and it's one of the best decisions we ever made. This is medicine the way it should work! Expert doctors who can focus on patients and provide patients with data including cost with which to make care decisions. It's a breath of fresh air for anyone who has dealt with typical medical practices.

Five stars is not enough for this office they need ten. The atmosphere is amazing and nothing like your typical cookie cutter doctor’s office. The staff is wonderful and warm every time we’ve been and the appointments are not rushed and give you plenty of time with your doctor to discuss progress and concerns. This is the first doc we’ve had that we can really relax and fully open with. Also they have snacks and coffee and who doesn’t like snacks and coffee. Thank you for being an awesome primary care office!

After our primary doc retired, my husband and I were struggling to find a doctor that accepted new patients. We met with Simplicity and knew this was the place for us. Dr. Butler is kind, a great listener and focused on getting us back on track. We could not be happier. I recently had to relocate my mom here to a Memory Care facility and immediately signed her up with Dr. Butler. I cannot begin to express how wonderful Dr. Butler has been with getting my mom the care she needs, and the kind way she interacts with her makes a stressful situation so much easier to handle. Even better, the entire team is top notch. I have never experienced such a high level of care, caring, and professionalism - it actually makes going to the doctor enjoyable!
