Jonathan came out to give an estimate for some loose bath fixtures that I had. He checked that there were no major concerns and didn't hesitate to give recommendations for a DIY repair, since it ended up being a straightforward one. I really appreciated his time and expertise. The pricing he provided if he were to address this issue was more than fair as well. If I ever have a plumbing issue in the future, it’s great to know who to call and would not hesitate to hire him if I do have a more substantial issue.
Carlos work ethic and skills were exceptional, he explained everything in detail, and kindly communicated the service and price in very understandable terms. We’ll definitely be using them again.
Isaac was amazing, smart and kind. He fixed my issue in less than 5 minutes. And now I have a bigger issue that I discovered tonight that takes a lot more to fix. Honestly I would have never found the other issue if it weren’t for Isaac problem-solving the first. Thank you Isaac. But here is what I learned about ‘Plumbers Near Me’ today. I found them on Google. I was doing a broad search as most “Plumbing Companies” charge an and a leg for even the easiest of fixes that could simply advise a person on how to fix on their own. If I didn’t have a Mom in hospice, a dog to take care of and a job - I probably could have figured it out on my own. But I don’t have such time or luxury right now. What stood out was that it was a family run company, which matters to me. I come from a family of farmers. It matters. I know most plumbing prices and they are typically exorbitant when unnecessary to charge people such costs. So that is what is going to insure Plumbers Near Me THRIVE! Kind, caring and smart plumbers or associate plumbers because guess who I will always call in every scenario in the future? Inexpensive or expensive. Plumbers Near Me LLC. Good people. Smart people. Dependable people that actually care about the human they are helping. I have to believe that there are many that feel the same as me. And if not they haven’t dealt with the monopolies. Thank you.

We had a different company out first and they misdiagnosed the issue with our toilet. Carlos quickly and correctly found our issue and was honest in telling us how to fix it ourselves. I would happily use them again, especially since I feel almost guilty they didn’t charge us for extremely helpful information!
Carlos was great! Experienced, friendly. Hopefully I don’t need him back but if I do I will request him to come back.
