It was time to replace our aging gas furnace. Having had several good experiences over the years with Butler Heating & Air, I gave them a call to request a quote. Project manager Andrew came out that same day to look over our house and current system. He suggested a new Carrier model along with some optional additions. The price quoted seemed fair so we set up the installation, which took place just a week later. The installation and the installers were great. It took about a day and a half for everything to be completed. I was glad to proactively replace our furnace during a relatively warm Spring day rather than have an emergency repair or replacement on one of those frigid Ohio Winter days! I really appreciated being able to call or text Andrew at any time with questions. He always responded very quickly. The installers also did an excellent job, putting up with me asking a bunch of questions throughout the process! They were very professional, resolving any unforeseen little problems that came up during the job as well as taking care of small details that made the installation look good.
My AC went out yesterday evening when it was 94 degrees outside. I called Butler Heating & AC and they sent someone out first thing in the morning. A bad capacitor was replaced and the AC was working within minutes. I really appreciate the quick response time and great communication.

I am the facilities manager for a local church. When I got the job I found the HVAC systems was in need of work. Butler was amazing in bringing the facility back up to standards. They were extremely fast and efficient coming to the needs of the buildings. I want to thanks Chris the owner who personally made sure my needs where met. I also want to thank some of his techs. Tyler, Brandon, Wade and Keith. These guys know there stuff! Prompt, professional, cleaned up after jobs completed. I highly recommend this company A/C and boiler needs!
Had phenomenal service today from Butler Heating for our residential boiler (in a 100yo 4000+ sq ft home). We had been receiving suboptimal service from another company who claimed to be experts in boiler servicing. After ignoring an obvious issue for two years, we had been told yesterday by that company our only option was replacement. Feeling a second opinion was in our best interest, I called Butler and got a prompt appt for the afternoon. First we had Keith come to our home; incredibly knowledgeable, transparent, friendly and professional. In his 30+ yr opinion he felt our boiler could likely be fixed vs replaced. He worked with the service department to ensure Brandon (a service technician) could try to come out in the afternoon, given the dangerous temps. Brandon arrived prob an hour later and was terrific! Talked me through everything and could not have been more helpful, professional, and spot on! He repaired the boiler and saved us from having to replace right now. And after we settled up and he left, he returned not 5 min after as he noticed our vent exiting the home was covered by some snow! I never would have known this and it could’ve been an issue. Extremely impressed with everyone I talked to/worked with today (Nick, Tim, Keith and Brandon) and cannot recommend them more highly! Very appreciative of this company!
Andrew was very knowledgeable about all aspects of the HVAC business. His willingness to work with us and give fact based information and diagnostics was a game changer and saved me from making a huge mistake in HVAC choices. Great personality and communicates well. I will definitely be connecting with Andrew when the right time does come. 5 stars in book.
