I called to request service on saturday, as my furnace wasnt running. She let me know that she couldnt give me a time frame but i would get a call when someone was 30 minutes out. Maybe 10 minuted later i got a call from sam who was on his way. He got my furnace running and was so friendly and helpful. He gave me tips on how to keep the problem i had from being a problem again. Explained things in a way that was easy to understand for someone who knows nothing about the systems. He was absolutely fantastic. Absolutely recommend.
As we’ve gotten to below freezing temps here in Indy, I was reminded that I haven’t had my furnace in my new home checked for efficiency. I reached out to William’s Comfort Air at about 2am and was able to schedule someone to come out 2 days later! Easy appointment setting via their website. They sent Brandon C, to check my furnace. And he was friendly, transparent, and efficient. He made recommendations for things that needed attention, showed photos of the things he’d inspected, and provided suggestions for future needs without applying high pressure sales tactics. I appreciate this approach so much. I’m a new homeowner, and as such have to work within a budget. I can’t wait to work with them again in the summer for AC needs!

Do to a possible leak in my furnace, I called Williams Comfort Air, to see if my concerns were warranted. To my surprise, they felt it was better we be safe, then sorry. They sent out a technician and fortunately, we were fine. Making sure the family is safe and having peace of mind is what we all want and need. Thankyou Williams Comfort Air!

We had routine furnace inspection today. The service tech arrived within the arranged arrival window. He was quite pleasant and appropriately focused on the task. He reported his findings and did not try to sell us any unneeded service. Absolutely no complaints.
