T&J Rooter Service did an amazing job at my mother's house. I was initially a bit apprehensive about the company as I was not familiar with them, and especially because I did not get a warm fuzzy experience with the scheduling team during my initial call. However due to the urgency of our plumbing issues we proceeded with the appointment. Our service team-Mike, Lucas, and Vic exceeded all our expectations with their professionalism, guidance and service. Mike discovered the severity of the bad state of the old original plumbing. He explained what needed to be done to resolve the drainage issues and how it should be resolved 'the right way'. Mike kept us informed of the progress every step of the way. What was estimated to be a 10 hr job, it was completed in half the time. He ensured that the scheduling team could make the necessary rearrangements to bring in extra crew to guarantee the job would be completed that same day. Mike and his team made this unexpected large job look so easy with their knowledge, skill, transparency and care. When he stated how much he loves his job and how much he has learned from and admires his father (one of the T&J founders), I knew that this is the go-to company for any future plumbing jobs. Thank you T&J for your great work!
Chris from T&J was great! I needed my French drains inspected and he was able to get a camera through where other companies could not. He took time to explain what he was finding, look for what might be causing it, and what he thought was happening. He didn't try to upsell me or get me to do costly repairs that I didn't need. It's hard to know who to trust, so finding a company like T&J is really important.

Ricky Temple was professional and courteous from start to finish! He introduced himself right away and with credentials in hand, wore shoe coverings before even knocking, explained everything thoroughly and also provided an explanation for future maintenance. He answered many questions with patience and responded the answers with confidence and knowledge. Far cry from my previous experiences with plumbers that would show up late, just “scratch” their heads and not give me answers and/or solutions! I highly recommend this company and will confidently give them referrals.
EDIT: After posting this review as a 1 star rating someone from T & J finally called me back because they saw my review. I only changed it to a 2 star review because he gave me a full refund. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Worst customer service experience I have ever had. We had a leak from our kitchen sink drain running down to our basement. I called them and they sent someone out right away, which was awsome. Andrew did the best he could to give me an estimate for the repair, but he said we needed to have one of our cabinets removed so it could be looked at to find the exact problem. I had a contractor out and he removed the cabinet and I called T & J back to schedule the repair. The told me they needed me to pay half of the cost on the estimate to schedule it. So I paid them right then almost $600. They said we will have the scheduling dept call you back. Well after calling them a few times over 2 days and being told we'll call you back, they finally scheduled me. Then they come out to do the repair and they sent someone different than the guy who originally looked at it. They do the work and when they are done I still have the same leak. They never investigated where the leak was before just cutting out the old pipe now that the cabinet had been removed they should have checked to see where the leak was coming from. They just tore out the pipes and replaced them. And in the process they let the vent pipe drop and it damaged my kitchen ceiling, putting a big hole in it. When they left they said they would get us additional estimates to fix where the leak was really coming from. And when they charged my debit card for what was supposed to be the remaining balance they charged me the full amount. So now they have over charged me by almost $600. It took me 2 weeks of calling and talking to multiple people to get the refund processed back to my card. During that 2 weeks of me calling I finally had a manager call me and he even came out to my house and he said we will make it right, he said they would get me a new estimate and take money off to cover the $1200 in repairs that never needed done in the first place. Luckily, the contractor i had remove the cabinet fixed the hole they put in my ceiling and he said he does jobs for T & J so he would collect payment from them for that work. This was the only thing that has been easy in this whole process. Then T & J completely ghosted me. Never calling me back or sending me the new estimate. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
Rodney and Oliver were great! Right on time, very respectful of my home, friendly and took care of my problem. I feel they were very honest and my laundry room drain is working well again. I would call this company again in a heartbeat!
