First impression employees(reception) are always attentive, congenial and knowledgeable. That seems to big a big problem with most places nowadays. Not here. Staff is always ready to help. The professionals LISTEN and together we decide courses of treatment. All in all TEAMWORK. That’s what I expect.
My first appointment was good. 2nd appointment was a whole different experience. Arrived 15 minutes early to check in and take care of co-pay, nothing unusual. However, once I came into my exam room, I noticed there was a matchbook on the floor which made me a bit concerned about cleaning procedures between patients. But things got worse and I became more agitated due to waiting for 45 minutes in the exam room with no communication. Never got to see the doctor!!! Walked out to the lobby and asked for a refund for my co-pay. They offered to reschedule me, but I declined. I’m sure this is a good practice??? Don’t really know as I won’t be going back. I’m giving them a 2 ONLY because they were nice and apologetic, but based on being there for an hour and not seeing the doctor for an appointment I made 6 weeks ago (and I arrived on time!) … just no. I am not the one. And will not go back.

My Gyno Dr Jung was amazing, I really enjoyed her! However, I called yesterday 2/24/26 to make an appointment with her to learn she is retired. I was sad, but no big deal I ask to schedule with another gyno. The scheduler asked my symptoms and seemed concerned, she said she would get a note to the doctor right away and they would call me back same day, 2/24. I called at 8:00am. I waited til about 3pm for that call back and still hadn’t received one. So I tried calling back only to be told in short by a recorded line that they were too busy to take my call and to call back later. No option to even leave a message. Well no one called me back so I ended up going to urgent care that night. Well urgent care said you need to see your gyno immediately. Today. I said I called and can’t get through. My urgent care provider tried calling, she wasn’t able to reach anyone. Again, no option to leave a message. She said since we can’t get through I have to go to the ER because I needed to be seen immediately. So I was treated at the ER last night. I will have a huge bill that could have been avoided had someone even just called me back or picked up the phone. I am super frustrated with this whole event. I am still waiting on a call back this morning to schedule a follow up visit for the minor surgery the ER had to provide.
Dr. Rakowski is an amazing provider. He is a great listener and you don't feel rushed during appointments. He offers complete explanations of his suggestions for a healthier lifestyle and provides excellent information to read post visit. Highly recommend as a primary provider.
