They were terrific i made a mistake and went on the wrong date and they fit me in my appointment was at 9:15. They got me in 930. I went to see the doctor which I waited like, maybe 2 minutes very nice. Everybody the reception to the doctor to checking out. The parking was free. It was just a great experience. Can't say enough.
Staff was very polite, calm and welcoming. Dr. Lee was very nice and listened to my concerns. They are very fast too.. Overall experience was a 10/10.
Run and never turn around! Their service is focused on getting rid of clients as soon as possible without actually listening to their needs and symptoms. I came in with hair loss symptoms in January 26 and Kacie Kline gave me prescription which she said will definitely help and if no result will be seen in 6 months, I can start using instead of half the dose a full dose. I tried scheduling appointment after 6 months as I didn't see any results and needed to increase the dose from half of the pill to a full pill. No appointments available at all. Reception wasn't helpful, was responding with scripted "I'm sorry, there is nothing I can do". How difficult it is to refill a prescription that I am already on? Doctors are unprofessional and not knowledgeable, not patient-oriented. Could NOT schedule an appointment, their diagnosis and prescription didn't show any results and the doctor wasn't even available for a follow up! I will NEVER come back and do not recommend this place to anyone else.

Kacie Kline PA-C is an absolute treasure, skillfully biopsied all manner of lumps and spots, practically painlessly. The front office is likewise very helpful and efficient. Appointments are always on time, swift but not rushed. Highly recommend
My daughter had an appointment with a Dermatologist at this location. The building is bigger that we had anticipated. The building has multiple clinics. The clinic where she was being treated is clean, bright, well staffed and they are following Covid-19 guidelines. We had our temperature taken as soon as we walked in. The staff is friendly, courteous, well informed and attentive. The Specialist answered all of our questions which definitely gave us peace of mind. The treatment rooms are also very clean and bright. We will definitely continue my daughter's treatment at this facility.
