I'm in love with Houston's Food Hall culture. The Lyric Market Food Hall is really nice inside. There are several vendors with different types of food. We decided on Press Waffle for lunch. I went with the House Waffle and added 1 chicken tender. The waffle was really good. I'm glad I only ordered 1 chicken tender because I didn't care for it. It seemed to be a frozen tender fried in old grease. My daughter had the pizza waffle. She enjoyed but couldn't eat it all. There is also a Starbucks attached that serves drinks. Service was just okay. Nothing stood out. I'd definitely recommend the waffles.
During a recent work trip to Houston, my colleagues and I stopped by Press Waffle Co for breakfast — and it definitely lived up to the hype. There was a bit of a wait when we arrived, mostly because the same person taking orders was also making them, but honestly, it was well worth it. When the food came out, every plate looked incredible. The flavors were amazing, and the portions were generous — everyone at the table was extremely satisfied with their breakfast. It’s clear they take pride in what they serve, and the quality showed in every bite. Despite the wait, the service was friendly and the food absolutely delivered. If you're looking for a breakfast spot in Houston with flavor, freshness, and satisfying portions, Press Waffle Co is a must-try. We all left full and happy!

I’ve always been a simple butter-and-syrup waffle person, but this place completely won me over. My family and I tried four different waffle combinations, and every single one was amazing. The toppings are creative, delicious, and somehow perfectly balanced. And yes—they even have ice cream. We’re definitely coming back.
Starting off with customer service.....I can't recall her name but I was here today at noon time🤔. The young lady had a very sub par attitude. Interacted as if she didn't wanted to take the time to make menu suggestions. I informed her this was my first time at the establishment. Her voice was barely audible and mind you the atmosphere wasn't loud. No menu suggestions, body language was drab, as if she was resenting engaging. I took my time ordering. The items on the menu looked so good. I actually didn't see anything that wasn't appeasing. I ordered the waffle with 2 regular tenders which cane topped with powdered sugar, bacon crumbles, drizzled maple syrup. Fluffy waffles 🧇 with a distinct taste of what I would describe as "smoked brown sugar". Definitely returning to taste the "house waffle " varieties.
It’s my first visit and I got the Chicken & Waffles (added a fried egg)!! The waffles are soft. The chicken is crunchy and the syrup brings it together perfectly. The service was great and the gentleman was very patient, kind, and knowledgeable…
