Great price and amazing service. We had Jeff and he stayed late to get our water heater replaced. he was a super nice guy too. It was the best price out of all of quotes we received and included everything. Don’t even waste a minute with Parker and Sons, they’re a total rip off!
I don’t personally recommend this company. This is based on my experience with them, they came out to do tune-up and routine maintenance just once and they end up wanting to change my AC unit. My a/c is great! But this technician was looking looks to write on the report to scare us that if we don’t change it bla bla bla. Then a week after they want to almost replace my hot water heater. Same nothing wrong with my boiler. They just keep looking for something to make money money money. Technicians did some on the pressure in the my after that technician my shower wasn’t working the way before he came because I didn’t do what he wanted me to do on his findings on my hot water heater. Called the company and they can’t come right-away after their work. A/C by J was a good company now that Any Hour Service took over it will be SUCK! Not happy and not recommending this company ever!!!! He did something INTENTIONALLY on my water heater so they can make money. This company just want your money NOT FOR SERVICE this is not the company you want!!!!

We were lucky to get Kyle as our electrician! Wow, what a great representative for your company! He does great work in a timely fashion, he’s friendly and knowledgeable- answered all of my questions, he was great! I’m so impressed I am going to sign up for your monthly plan as well. When someone calls you for an electrician at ANY HOUR, make sure that you send Kyle for the job- I am serious, he’s great!
My Ac broke and I founded any hour service, I filled in my information and within 30 minute, they confirmed my appointment for the same day and send leslie to my home to do a no obligation evaluation for a new AC unit, Leslie came by with 4 hours, she went into the attic and after 30 minutes or so, came back with her recommendation, Leslie answered all my questions patiently and explain in detail of the installation process, I can see she is well qualify and not just a sale person selling a product for a commission. she did manage to talk me into repalcing both AC unit instaed of just the broken one. I would recommend Leslie if anyone should have a need for a new AC. At the same time, the other AC company didn't get back with me for 5 days so they lose out on a $25,000 sale. Update 9-26-26 now I found my condensation pipe is draining from the top, it took four service call for them to fix it because during installation at the attic, the attach the top drain pipe to the bottom and bottom to top, the pipe was also sticking out two feet from the wall. Imagine they have to come out fourth time and the fourth technician to figure out the careless mistake, but since it's fix, I'm willing to overlook it. Now my new ac turn on with a loud band and I call them, they scheduled a tech to come out between noon and five and the technician left a message saying he is on his way at 3:30 pm but no show, I call the company this morning and they rescheduled for the technician to come out between noon to five pm, I rushed home from my doctor's appointment and waited the whole afternoon and, no call no show. I'm having serious doubts about this company. Seem like they are very good at the beginning but after they got the money, the truth came out, maybe BBB IS THE NEXT STEP. Update 9-27-25 after days of frustration, I happen to find Leslie's phone number and I'll call her and told her my dissatisfaction with the missed service call. She said she'll will take care of it and within minutes, the owner call and said he'll come out the same afternoon with a technician and take care the issue. I was sceptical but sure enough, they all arrived at the time they say they would, identify the cause of my concern and resolved the issues. I'm once again impress with their commitment to excellent. I'm changing their rating back to five stars. ITS VERY IMPORTANT FOR A BUSINESS TO IDENTIFY THE PROBLEM AND RESOLVED IT QUICKLY AND THAT JUST WHAT THIS COMPANY DID. I highly recommend them and praise them for their work ethic. Special thanks to Leslie stepping in, stepping up when I needed. Food job!!
