I had an unexpected flat passing through downtown and had to drive a few blocks with a completely flat tire. After stopping in to a few different shops in the area that didn't have tires available in my size, I knew it wasn't safe to go any further and I wound up pulling up to Urban Autocare. As soon as I came in, Peter was helpful in an instant. There weren't any tires available for me here either, but we immediately went to ordering one and setting up repairs for the next day. I offered to hunt down a tire to save on time and costs and did just that - but couldn't find my exact size. When I returned, Jesse, the manager, started helping me sort things out right away. Turns out, as we were talking, Peter went out and fitted my car with the new tire so that I could go find a proper replacement. Walk-ins weren't available, but he did it in what felt like an instant, and I was able to get out on the road and get a replacement right away. I wish I lived in the area to get the replacement tire fitted, balanced, etc. at this shop, but at the end of the day, I'm just grateful for Jesse, Peter, and the team for doing what they did. They knew exactly what I needed and never tried to throw in any extras - just wanted to help me get home. The price was incredibly fair and it made what was a bad day into something way brighter. They're great at what they do, honest, and easy to work with. Thanks again for your help.
I've driven by Urban Autocare for years and finally took my Jeep there last year for the first time. I don't know why I waited! They are very professional, providing photos and clear explanations of services that are needed. They let you know what to keep an eye on for the future and don't push anything. This week they finished work on my second car ahead of schedule. Everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly. I'm so happy to have finally found such a great shop in the city!

My wife and I just bought a used car and I brought it by to have the team give it a once over. They performed and communicated a thorough inspection. I then approved their recommendation and they knocked it out quick. As a result, I have complete confidence our new (used) car is in as good of condition as possible. I always appreciate this team. They are outstanding.
I’ve been going to Urban AutoCare for 5 years now—they have been an incredibly trustworthy mechanic the entire time I’ve been in Denver. I’ve been to both the Lakewood and North Denver branches, everyone at both locations communicates very well, answers all my questions, and treats with me with respect. I’ve gotten a number of major repairs done, and they have all held up over the years. Can’t recommend them enough!
