I was pleasantly surprised by the Drury Inn. It's still privately owned and you can definitely feel those personal touches. Clean, comfortable rooms, breakfast (with a waffle maker and omelette station), evening dinners and happy hours with 3 drinks included. The front desk representatives were so sweet as was the shuttle driver to the airport. A nice social, welcoming feel in the lobby with families playing board games and cards. I stay in hotels half the month and this Drury feels a lot like home. Good work!
Gosh, the Drury Inn has the most fantastic customer service and amenities that you could hope for. The entire staff were kind, professional, and super helpful. We loved the free breakfast and dinner, plus the little market in the lobby that is accessible 24hrs. We enjoyed the fresh popcorn everyday and my little one loved the glass elevator! The bed was comfy, and our room was spacious. If I had to mention one negative thing, it would have to be the lack of a bathroom fan. I’d recommend bringing some air freshener if you’re sensitive to smells. However, we would definitely stay here again. They are very close to the airport without experiencing plane noise, and there is a really nice gas station nearby to fill up rentals before returning. They also have a free shuttle to and from the airport! Overall, super happy with our stay and the value they provided.

I've stayed at several different hotels in Phoenix over the last couple of years, but after staying at this hotel on my last visit, I will be returning here from now on. There was a ssue from the online booking that needed to be handled when I arrived and LaDonna took care of it instantly. She is incredibly helpful and super friendly which made check in a breeze. My interactions with the other desk staff was quite positive also as they all were friendly and helpful too. The breakfast and dinner is fantastic. The seating areas downstairs is arranged quite well and avoids having people crowded together. For the most part, you do not need to leave this hotel to get food or drinks since you have it here in-house. The hotel is in a nice location where its not too busy or difficult to access. The grounds are clean and there is a nice and shaded area to load/unload in front of the entrance. From now on it will be staying here on all of my future trips. I'm quite happy that I found this place.
I continue to have pleasant experiences at every Drury Inn location I visit and this one was no expectation. From the pleasant worker who helped book multiple rooms when I called, clean rooms, nice pool and much more. Workers always check to see how you are doing and if they can so anything for you. Free breakfast, dinner and drinks makes traveling with kids much easier!
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel. Room was clean, great service plus they do a free happy hour every day where if you are a guest you get 3 free drinks and free food. Not to mention they have a full kitchen that stays open until 12am. Plus free airport shuttle. I'll be definitely staying again and signing up for the membership. Even my husband didn't complain this time.
