It is never fun to learn you need to get a new roof. However, having an awesome team to work with you through it makes it just a little bit easier to swallow. We had an outstanding experience working with TJ & the Charlotte Roofing Specialists team on our new roof. From start to finish, they were incredibly collaborative, knowledgeable, and truly acted as an advocate for us throughout the entire insurance process. When our insurance coverage didn’t come back exactly as we had hoped, they didn’t just accept it. TJ went above and beyond to help us build a strong case, investing significant time and effort to ensure we received the best possible outcome. That level of dedication is rare and made a huge difference for us. The installation crew was just as impressive! They were professional, efficient, and respectful of our property (and our neighbors' yards, too). They handled what is inherently a messy job with great care and left everything as clean as possible afterward. We couldn’t be happier with the results and the overall experience. Excellent workers (you will not find any better workers anywhere) who take pride in doing highest quality work in removing an old roof, installing a new roof with new boots and vents on all pipes and new turbines. Thorough preparation with tarps and dumpster was excellent and contained all the mess, protected the bushes, driveway and yard. Cleanup after was superb. TJ supervised with thoroughness and honesty backed up by pictures to clearly explain what needed attention. I highly recommend Charlotte Roofing Specialists.
Jacob came out and was very professional and helped me inspect the attic and then checked the roof. He was super helpful in explaining what he saw, and I’m grateful for his help. This company came highly recommended and I see why. Jacob was great!
