I was in a tight spot on a Saturday afternoon with a tenant’s kitchen faucet actively leaking. I was able to rely on Sandoval Plumbing to show up before the end of the day and to fix the problem. They charged a reasonable and fair price. I will call Sandoval first the next time I have a plumbing problem. They are great.
Big thanks to Sandoval Plumbing for coming out on short notice! They fixed a leaky faucet and a problematic toilet while working around my busy schedule. Eduardo was great—he was communicative, detailed, and so fast that I was able to keep working without any distractions. Professional, efficient, and highly recommended.
Sandoval Plumbing was recommended by my cousin-in-law who has used them for several years to resolve the plumbing issues in his 3-flat building. We had a backed-up sink on after returning from out of state. I called Eddie early on a Monday morning and he arrived mid-afternoon (great response with such little notice!). He was courteous, thorough, and very helpful in his recommendations how to avoid such a mishap in the future. I highly recommend this company and am grateful we have a trusted person to take care of any plumbing needs in the future.

Edited to one star because we are fixing their crappy work once again. I'd give them negative stars if I could and the business's reply that I could have contacted them is blah. I'd rather never have to see you again because the work you did the first time was done well. But no, here we are five months later and our plumber friend said they used material that is low quality and that's why it's leaking. Beware!!! Don't do it!!! We called Sandoval plumbing because our garbage disposal was leaking. The plumber was very responsive and came out within a couple of hours (or less) and explained that our sink couldn't stand the weight of the disposal so it would keep leaking in that gap. We had him remove it and he just reconnected our dishwasher to the sink drain instead. I thought $320 was so expensive for the service, but I don't know plumbing so we paid. That was on 10/25 and two weeks later our dishwasher is filling with water from the sink. According to my research the hose from the dishwasher is supposed to loop up so the water doesn't flow backward. Ours is not. "When the disposal was taken out, the plumber probably connected your dishwasher drain to the side nipple of the sink’s drain pipe — but without keeping the hose high enough. That means when you run the sink, water can easily flow down the drain and then backward into the dishwasher hose." So now we have to handle that separately when a good plumber would have ensured it was looped properly when he connected it.
I initially called a company (Goode Plumbers, I believe) due to a strong gas odor in my apartment—even my painter could smell it. They came with a detector, said all was fine, and left. But the smell persisted. That’s when I called Eddie Sandoval, and the difference was night and day. Eddie arrived promptly and took a hands-on approach, using simple soapy water to identify the leak—which was real. He fixed the valve on the spot. Beyond that, he checked and upgraded plumbing in my bathrooms, and when the washer/dryer installers botched the vent, I called Eddie again. He returned quickly and fixed that too. Eddie was incredibly professional, kind, and responsive—understanding the urgency of a gas leak, and going above and beyond for my home. If you want someone reliable who truly cares, call Eddie. I can’t recommend him enough!
