I’ve been looking for a good physician in Dallas for the last 5 years and this was it! Wonderful experience! Dr.Bratsch is amazing! Very nice, caring, efficient, smiling, knowledgeable with modern approach to medicine. Front office were smiling, caring and pleasant which unfortunately is rare in drs offices! The office is really nice and clean and has a positive feel. I got my labs within one day and the dr. Reviewed and commented on my labs same day which was Saturday!! Just so great! Highly recommend
I see one of the nurse practitioners here - Amber Walls. She is really great. I honestly always prefer NPs and PAs because I feel like they listen and take more time than the physicians I’ve seen. She’s a great example of this. I never feel rushed, and she takes my concerns and complaints seriously. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a primary care provider.

I absolutely love NP Walls she takes her time to explain everything thoroughly. She will always answer any questions and concerns. Nicole her MA is always sweet and has the best personality. The front desk ladies are always nice and attentive. I can’t remember the phlebotomist name but she has always been kind and makes me laugh.
Dr. Wu is an excellent PCP. He takes the time to listen to my many questions. He has an excellent bedside manner and is very kind. He really cares about his patients.
Dr Brasch is one of The best doctors I have had in my 85 years. He is always available explains all of my medical reports in detail and explains everything I need to be concerned about or to prepare for. I have recommended him to four people, and all of them have changed to using him as their provider. I recommend him highly.
