Nurse Amber Walls has been taking care of my health issues for 10 years. She is extremely intelligent, listens (!) and has diagnosed whatever ails me spot on. Not only is she up-to-date on pharma, she also provides common sense home remedies that work just as well. She starts off with the mildest form of treatment and only progresses to a more aggressive method if necessary. If symptoms persist, she is quick to refer a specialist. Nurse Walls answers my emails & was prompt on one occasion when we did a telemed consultation. Her assistant, Noel, is amazing. Respectful & compassionate. I hit the jackpot with these two! A great team.
Great service from all the staff. It is easy to make appointments and receive referrals to specialists when needed. Dr Bratsch is a great physician that is compassionate and explains everything in terms that you can understand.

I have a wonderful D.O. Dr. Bratch he's really cares about my health always nice and respectful. Tells u you the truth good or bad and best options for you. (His nurse assistance is awesome). All of the staff is nice and respectful.
Dr. Bratsch has been more than helpful to me. He listens, makes suggestions, and cares about the way I feel and look. He has helped me navigate several health issues, successfully. He is he As good a doctor as there is. You all are lucky that he is on your team.
Dr.Brastch is the best doctor I’ve seen in a very long time. If you’re looking for an exceptional PCP try him. The front office staff is very nice and friendly. I can’t say enough good things about him and his team. Go experience it for yourself!!
