While staying in Denver we had the chance to try out one of our favorite restaurants; The Capital Grille. We had the pleasure of dining at their Seattle location for my 40th Birthday and it was the BEST! Let's start off by saying when you enter, you are immediately treated like royalty. The service is incredible! I had the signature black tie margarita which is a classic. Paired with tuna tartar and some house bread, it was very good. Our dinner consisted of the porcini rubbed ribeye with 15yr balsamic alongside a lobster tail and a very succulent seabass. For sides we added asparagus and mashed potatoes. These plates were full of flavor & absolutely delicious! If you love to indulge in something above the ordinary, I highly recommend the Capital Grille! 💯
This place was awesome!!! It has very old-school fancy vibes. Our servers were all lovely and attentive. Overall, the food was delicious! We got oysters, calamari, multiple different cuts of steak, lobster, sea bass, creamed spinach, and a couple different desserts. Everything was excellent except for the lobster. We’ll get into that later. The apps were great—fresh oysters and crispy calamari with pickled jalapeños. A great combo! The steaks were all amazing!! Perfectly cooked and super tender 🤤 We got the porterhouse, ribeye, and tenderloin. All were delicious and not overcooked. My favorite was maybe the ribeye. Desserts were wonderful too! We got crème brûlée, and were gifted cheesecake and chocolate espresso cake since it was my parents’ anniversary. All were wonderful, especially the chocolate cake. Now the lobster. It was wayyyy overcooked and chewy, the texture was all wrong. This was the only thing I was disappointed by. Honestly it was probably the worst lobster I’ve ever had at a restaurant 🙁 Everything else made up for it though! Overall I still loved this place and would definitely come back. Also the price was reasonable for how much food we got and how well they treated us!

I had an absolutely fantastic dining experience at this steakhouse in downtown Denver. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, elegant, and welcoming. The staff were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable, making great recommendations and ensuring everything was perfect throughout the evening. The steak was cooked to absolute perfection, tender, flavorful, and beautifully seasoned. You can really tell they use high-quality ingredients and take pride in their craft. The sides and appetizers were just as impressive, and the wine selection paired wonderfully with the meal. What truly stood out was the attention to detail and the exceptional service. It made the entire experience feel special and memorable. Whether you're celebrating something important or just looking for an amazing meal, this place is a must-visit. Highly recommend, definitely a 5-star experience!
One of those culinary institutions thst holds dear to their traditional hospitality and food quality. I had a porterhouse ans a ribeye, Angele’s envy rye, a glass of red wine and affogato for a desert (wine, and affogato were on the house curtesy). Great place, indeed a come again experience. Highly recommended!
My boyfriend and I went here for a date night and had the absolute best experience. Our server was so attentive and charismatic and the food was absolutely delicious! I highly reccommend the salmon. At the end of our meal our server brought us some desserts on the house! It was all around such a phenomenal experience and i cant wait to come back. This is the perfect spot for celebrations of any sort :)
