We saw S&E Remodeling at the fair and signed up for a consultation for a remodel. We needed a whole new kitchen, alterations to the pantry, a shower added to the powder room, and walls to close off the family room. We had a great connection in the consultation, received a fair bid, and felt confident in the skills and professionalism of the company so decided to go with them. During the remodel, the team was courteous, friendly, professional, and very good at their work. They were sure to check in with how we were coping with the dust and construction materials and warned us when things were going to be extra noisy so we could make plans. We had no cost overruns despite a couple surprises along the way and the whole project was finished 3 weeks faster than predicted. The finished project is gorgeous, the materials are a great quality, and the workmanship is flawless. Communication was easy and frequent. We were never in the dark on anything. We have a stash of cards for S&E Remodeling that we are sharing around to coworkers, friends, and family and we will be contracting with them again when it’s time to do the Master Bath of our dreams.
I had Alex and his team remodel my bathroom in my condo and couldn’t be happier with their work! Alex was really helpful by guiding me to determine what I really wanted in my bathroom, because this was my first remodel. I appreciated how much he cared about making sure I was super happy with the products and the work while also helping me find places to reduce cost. His team was also super respectful of my property as they did the work and kept me in the loop the whole time to make sure they were installing material the way I wanted.

When I called S&E, Yani came out to walk through all the improvements we were planning and made a plan right then and there. The first project we decided would be best is the roof. He walked me through the options and we chose to go with the 50 year roof in black. During the whole replacement, their crew was polite and professional. Then, once the project was finished, we got the 50 year warranty from the manufacturer, which really brings peace of mind for us. They did the gutters next in white, which looks great also. We wanted to remodel both the kitchen and upstairs bathroom. Despite working in both places at the same time, they made sure they were keeping my house clean and as undisturbed as possible. Not only that, but apparently they have such a good relationship with the company providing the materials gave them a discount, so we got 10% off our whole order! It took them 2 months when everything was said and done (including re-painting the whole interior as well) with some delay in materials arriving, but otherwise fully on schedule for every project. The transformation is stunning!!!!! I’m so happy, not just with the results, but also the process. Yani was consistently here to make sure the crew was on track and supervised. He walked me through everything, was there for all the planning meetings and choosing materials and answering my questions and more! I have already recommended him to my sister and to anyone who needs a competent contractor. It’s so nice to have found someone trustworthy, who will actually follow through on the things they promise. Thank you so much S&E!
Our overall experience with David, Alex and the crew was excellent. The job was a complete overhaul of our kitchen and half of our large bathroom. We are very happy with the outcome!! The crew was meticulous and they cleaned up everything when finished. They were extremely busy however and occasionally the communication was lax. But if we contacted them or had questions they always came through. I would highly recommend them anytime.
S&E provided both interior wall painting and outdoor deck repair/coating. The work was done with great care, and each project was completed by very knowledgeable and experienced workers. The deck bid needed reworking once we discovered some unanticipated rot in some of the existing wood, which required removal and replacing. All went well, and we were very happy with the result.
