The valet was super friendly and quick. We arrive before check-in and the very nice and helpful front desk lady let us store our baggage while we ran out and got lunch. Is in a very walkable downtown area. We came back for check-in and it was super easy. The room was great and clean. Breakfast in the morning was a very typical hotel breakfast. There was a ton of seating. Would recommend staying here!
The room is spectacular! It's big and so clean. The staff is very friendly. You can walk to all of the shops and the market. The street car is nice too if you prefer not to walk. I highly recommend this hotel for your Cincinnati stay!
This 1841 building was being renovated. Our room was on 15th floor absolutely clean and even the toilet paper was folded beautifully. They have so much pride you can tell. The staff was friendly and told us about the building's history. Should have stayed here one more night than the airport hotel during the cancelations. Close to great restaurants (Jeff Ruby) and Taft Theatre. I would definitely stay here again -- Cinsy seems up and coming.

We stayed here from 6/12-6/13. We had quite a bit of luggage with us as we are headed across the country and only staying here one night. Upon arrival, there were four employees standing at the valet. We had too much luggage to go through the revolving doors, so we went through the regular door. We were struggling to get through as it was a tight squeeze and not a single employee offered to get the door or help us. Upon checkout, the same exact situation happened. We were struggling to get through the doors are there were 2 employees and they did not offer to help. Also, this hotel needs to put quiet hours into place. We had quite loud neighbors and did not sleep well at all due to noise.
The rooms were nice and the hotel itself self was in a great location. However, I unfortunately left my sports coat hanging in the closet. I called the hotel the day after my check out and they directed me to make a ticket on the Hilton lost item service. It has now been a week with no reply on my ticket, and I have called the front desk several times and they say they will let house keeping know to go complete it the ticket. I have over 90 nights in hotels in the past year and I have left things in the past and used ileftmystuff.com. I usually get an update within a day or two but it has been a week with no reply. I imagine there may be a backlog…. Anyways I just updated the ticket offering a $100 reward so hopefully it gets noticed and actioned soon.
